1.1 How do I place an order?
Orders can be easily placed through our online shop. Select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and click on "Buy Now" to complete the order process.
1.2 Is there a minimum age for orders?
Yes, our products are exclusively for buyers who have reached the age of 18.
1.3 Do you sell ornamental hemp plants for drug production?
No, our ornamental hemp plants are offered exclusively as ornamental plants and are not intended for the production of drugs.

2.1 What payment methods are accepted?
We offer the following payment options:

- Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, direct debit).
2.2 When do I have to pay for prepayment?
Please transfer the invoice amount within 20 days of receiving the order confirmation.
2.3 What happens if I am late with my payment?
In the event of late payment, we will charge default interest and a reminder fee of EUR 5.50 per reminder.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 How long does shipping take?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
3.3 What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
Please check the delivery for damages upon receipt and report any transit damage immediately to the delivery person. Then contact us so we can assist you further.

4.1 Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in the Cancellation Policy in our online shop.

Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Send the goods back to us in perfect condition, and we will refund the purchase price.
